Worst oil change place ive ever been too. The guy chuck was trying to remedy and be polite but the other guy was so rude i got over charged big time they advertosed 19.99 charged me 37.50 because of my oil i needed l. The only reason i went was because i thought they were a valvoline shop. Ive never paid that much even at valvoline...and i dont mind paying 31 at valvoline because they check my tires and my lights are polite and make sure everything is working right. I asked for my tires to he checked and the one guy asked me to pull up out of the store while they ran my card, even though they had 4 pays and i was the only car there. Chuck told him no he was gonna check my tires the other guy didnt even tell me i was okay to go chuck came up gave me a coupon said sorry and have a nice day. Was very dissapointed in service the other guy ran into my mirror and closed it when he did didnt bother opening it back up or apologizing. Ill make sure the next place i got is an actual valvoline. This place looked like one but definelty was not....terrible service dont go here of you want the service for your money go to valvoline down the road. By hayes. Youll get treated much better.

ZERO stars if I could. This shop tries to sell you services you don't need. Employees seem distracted except to try and tell you all kinds of things you need besides the basic oil change you drove in for. Management is rude when contacted about problems. A few months after my oil change here and well before 3,000 miles my oil light came on in my car for the first time in my life. Took my car to a reputable shop and found my car was several quarts low after getting oil changed here. I suspect they deliberately shorted me yet charged me full price for the most expensive synthetic oil available. Take your business elsewhere. Go to www.vioc.com and find a corporate-owned Valvoline shop, there are many in the area including 19 Mile and Hayes where I got GREAT service and no one tried to cheat me.

I went today to get a regular oil change, and I end up having to call the police because the guy's name was Sam he unplugged something under my hood because he had a attitude that I turned down additional things being added and done to my vehicle. My grandmother asked his co worker I believe his name was John why did he unplug that and he said he was just being a "butt hole". They are very unprofessional and everytime I go there it's always new people. I asked constantly for the Managers number as well as corporate number and they refused to give it to me! I if anyone knows corporates number can you please comment it below

Most expensive oil change I have ever received, $147.31 in total. $89.99 for Mobil One 15,000 Mile Synthetic oil which off of the shelf costs $28.00. $21.99 for a new Mobil oil filter and $24.99 for an Air filter. $2.00 disposal fee. $8.34 in tax. All rung up before I had a chance to ask any questions. Technician attempted to add on a totally unnecessary engine cleaning/flush for a three year old midsize car. When I refused the engine cleaning/flush no further inspection of my vehicle was performed by the technician. I was clearly over charged by the staff of Quick Lube of Mt. Clemens . I do not wish to see what happened to me happen to anyone else. Please avoid this Quick Lube location at all costs.

The people were very friendly and HONEST. I myself am a certified Mechanic, i could have very easily done the work myself, but i just didnt want to. So on lunch i shot down to Quick Lube, already knowing the problems my truck had been experiencing. They opened the hood and listed the problems 1 x 1, right down to the bad resivoir cap. Not one questionable service listed. apprehensively i agreed to the 5 services. within 25 mins they had serviced my trans, coolant, power steering and the diff. and for 200 less than i would have charged. Great place, Honest people, i will definitely be going back for my leaf springs.

Horrible place they try to scam you by saying you need all kinds of things manager very rude I went there for oil change 4 days ago now I have bad oil leak we will see if they stand behind there work I doubt it do not go here

Some of the most honest people I've ran into at an oil change!The most thorough workers I've seen, they bring needed services to your attention, describe the issue in detail and they work good prices to accomadate the customer. Bug changes since last management, solid work crew and a very well maintained shop to have your vehicle services done.

This place is the epitome of "shyster mechanic". We have had a few questionable experiences at this business, but if you set a clear boundary when you arrive of "oil change only, no extras", you can get out of there with an affordable job. Well, on 11/7/14 we went there for an oil change abd were told that there was antifreeze in the oil and we needed the sludge buster which was $150 but just today, and just forbus, they'd do us a favor and give us the price of $130. My husband told them no, that we'd take it to our regular mechanic. We dropped it off this morning and a few hours later we get a call that after an extensive search, there is absolutely nothing wrong with our vehicle. No antifreeze in oil, nothing. We will never go back to Mr. Quicklube and will be sure to tell everyone else to stay away.

I also would give them a -1000 stars. Was in their today and had oil changed etc. Told me I needed a transmission flush and new serpentine belt- it just so happens I had this work done 7 month ago from another oil change place in the area. I took it back to the other oil change place with receipt in hand and mad. They checked my trans fluid twice and it was clean as a whistle and also checked serpentine belt and fine no cracks whatsoever. They told probably Dimitre wiped his finger on the power steering fluid and then wiped it on the trans stick to make it look reddish brown. From what I have read from a couple reviews this is their MO. Obviously manager is behind all this. After reading the below, I am going to take my car back again the honest oil change facility and have them double check all the oil parts. Thanks cupcake for your review.

I would give -1,000 stars!!!!got me to do a "engine flush" which my roommate who is a mechanic told me they where full of sh*t! and a new serpentine belt and spent over $100! I've been having massive oil leaks ever since. I'M FREAKING OUT! my car has never leaked anything! ever! I thought I was doing my car a favor and enhancing its performance with SIMPLE MAINTENCE now my car is messing up and I'm going to try and get them to fix it but we will see... and Ill update this review after I go back with my receipt.
