A nightmare! No wonder they have no customers. It was a mistake to try them out. I never take the time to give bad reviews but I thought I should warn people and save anyone else from going through what I have. You can continue reading my horrible experience if you like. After 3 weeks of a new full set, a man said they would have to take them off to put on a full set. I knew it would be painful but as previous experiences I believed they would handle with care. To my horror, man would shove a nail under my glued acrylic to then pull and yank to try to remove. He made both first fingers bleed incessantly. He was not being careful as i believe they should when blood is involved. All he did was wipe off with a not very clean towel. It takes a lot for me to say something and i can take some pain but the the idea that I would endure some sort of infection for not speaking out made me reason to stand no more. I tried to remain calm and suggest what many other nail shops will do; to insert nail carefully and slowly try to find way but didn't listen. All he would say is ok. Then woman who began to do my pedicure was already to half way through what she called a pedicure. She too was not careful and I again could observe not the most optimal sterilized or sanitized tool use. She was ramming cuticle cutter in to the sides of my nails cutting through and too making it bleed. The way she cut my toe nails was worst than a kid doing so for the first time cutting super short to the point that it hurt. She was just careless in what she was doing just like the man. Like being that hostile, rude, careless would make the job quicker and more efficient when again only customer was me! All I can imagine is that they had never done this before or only had idea for what they've seen be done by people who are actually trained to do this. I finally had to say stop and leave. They still wouldn't quit like if they could convince me to stay pedicurist said I do color" I was shocked. If you could see the little to no work but painful job she had done. If you only saw my toe nails now and could see she was ready to finish with polish wasn't even capable of removing the previous polish completely and she was ready to could do the job and get paid. As I was saying that this was enough lady was like, I just wish I had the right words to describe the worst experience ever. Trust me I am no novice when it comes to getting nails done nor am I someone that is delicate to any minor pain. I am currently typing this in great pain and hoping to spare anyone any worst experience. I just hope my pain is no more than half my nails being torn out. Run from this place. i will never forget this. I've never had such an experience. Don't wish this for anyone.

Went there to get eyelash extensions, most of my own eyelashes fell off when the fake ones came off. So just think what kind of products they are using..
