My overall experience with LA Auto Exchange and having Daniel as our Sales Rep was the best i could ever ask for, buying a car can be a hassle at times but Daniel had good communication with my husband and I, he explained in very detail all the information we needed to know he answered all of our questions in regards the sale and our car, he wasn’t just trying to make another sell he always made sure that this was the car I wanted and would leave happy with, his service was excellent and he was always attentive with us on updates about our sale, we felt very comfortable and happy about our purchase, LA Auto Exchange is the only car dealer I will be recommending to my friends and family and of course directly to Daniel, all the other staff were very friendly always asked us if we needed anything , we knew there and then we made the right decision to make our car purchase here!!! I didn't get the name of the salesman that was assisting me, but he was pretty kind and never pressured any sales on me. I guess the only thing I can take away is that the 4 cars that I checked out weren't exactly presentable, but it is a car lot and you get what you pay for.
Customer service is great though, don't get me wrong!

Claudio was our sales agent and he did not try and pressure me into a car I didn't feel comfortable making payments. They are all easy going and recommend them to anyone.

I bought a car from Steven he was very straight forward with me and tried his best to help me out with the price and also the small damage that was on the car. All and all they gave me a great service and I highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are looking for a clean title used car with a good condition and good price

We were able to call ahead about a car, it was clean and had a full tank and was ready to test drive right away. He was very professional and helpful, he answered all of our questions and didn't push or try to sell us on anything extra or a different car. We were able to get the paperwork and all the info quickly and efficiently. There was a small crack on the windshield but without hesitation they promised to fix it when I can bring it back to them next weekend. I'm so happy with the service and my new car!

Vinz is the best ever! I highly recommend him because he was extremely helpful in assisting me and my daughter get the best used car in terms of extremely low mileage and price. Vinz was very quick in getting the price I was willing to pay and we were out of there very happy knowing Vinz got us a great deal and we didn't have to go back and forth negotiating. He just got it done. I would go back to Vinz for my next car, no doubt. He even had the car delivered from Montclair so that I don't need to drive far from LA.

So honestly I didn't even know if I was getting a car today but guess what I got a car already! Tony was really helpful with everything and he pulled me a great deal on my car. Frankly he's too patient cuz I made him show me just too many cars. Cuz there are so many options out here. He helped me find the perfect fit for me. I decided to drive by with mom to see LEXUS CT200h after my online search. Got there and introduced by a gentleman John who help me to get my car. The car exactly as their list in advertisement. Honest, I have another appointment to see the other car from other dealer but I decided to buy from this place because his very helpful, knowledgeable, straight point and honest. My mom even like him at the first place. He help me lots through purchase processing. No hidden fee, no BS, and fast process. He went through and explained each fee in contract, very detail. I was car shopping and dealing with different dealerships for a whole month. Finally I came across La Auto Exchange it can honestly say it was the most smoothes and stress free experience I've ever had. Vynz answered all my questions and was not pushy what so ever. I finally made it down to LA on a Saturday and was immediately helped out right away by one of Claudio's associates until Claudio got into the office. The car was exactly as advertised. Claudio quickly got the paperwork ready with all the details we spoke about over the phone (no bait and switch) and the deal was done!. I highly recommend LA Auto Exchange, Claudio and his associates!

The Manager Chris was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Honest feedback about cars he has owned and gave wonderful recommendations based on my needs. I saw a car online and had my heart set on it, it wasn't ready yet, but he helped me track it down and I was able to test drive it that day. Junior was great in explaining the differences between the options for warranty and really helped us with financing at a great rate. Everyone was super friendly, honest, and genuine. I have never had such great customer service, prompt call backs as promised. I wish I could buy a car here every day it! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking or considering, even if the car you want isn't there, they will help you find it.

I needed a car and bad, I knew what I wanted I only had to decide who I'd give my money to. So after online shopping I decided to visit LA Auto Exchange since they had six (6) cars I was interested in and one (1) I knew I was buying. What an experience. The young man that took great care of me on the phone had to go take care of his mother and left me in the hands of Vons (WOW) it was just as good. He allowed me to touch feel and experience the car during my test drive withOUT pressure. He entertained while he was explaining the necessary details of purchasing Sweet (my cars name).
