        They saved my dogs life. When old vet wouldn't help, I came here and they couldn't be nicer. Diagnosed my dog on the spot and sent me home with meds for her that started to help right away. Always nice to deal with since then. Very clean and professional. So glad I tried them!

        NOT HAPPY!

        I was not happy with my visit. I called on a Monday to make an appointment since my puppy had the diarrhea. It was my first visit. The earliest appointment was on a Saturday. I asked what their cost is for a visit. I was quoted a price and when I was there I was charged more for the visit. I was told because it is Saturday. I told the receptionist that the appointment was made for Saturday and that was the price I was quoted. Also the sign in the front had a 25% off for new customers. The secretary said that it was for during the week. I said that it does not say that on the sign. She got smart with me and said that the sign is not big enough to write that.

        I left unhappy and told them that I will never go back!

        A can't imagine going to any other doctor than Dr. Oster. She is the BEST!!! And the staff are among the most beautiful, friendly people I know. She will be my pets' doctor until the day I die.
