I am writing you to praise your company and employees. It seems that everyone wants to complain, but nobody takes the time to praise. I had previously bought windows for my living room, a bedroom, kitchen and bath. I was so pleased with the salesman and the quality of work, that a few years later I bought a Bay window and windows for another bedroom. Recently one of my windows shattered. I called your office and within one hour your serviceman arrived at my home. The main thing that impressed me was that there was absolutely no argument on the glass warranty that I was promised on my initial purchase. I always praised your work, you can be sure I will continue to do so.
