        Business Meeting with La Quinta Moab

        La Quinta of Moab acquired a new manager for the 2009 travel season. Rooms were remodeled. The property retained the fenced pet playground and children's swing set on the lovely green lawn. The pool is harbored by a nice sidewalk and the private side of the hotel. There is a meeting room of 1600 sq ft seating 60 for a classroom and 80 for a theater seating style. Along one wall is a counter and sink for food and beverage set up. I attended a tradeshow of food distributors: Nicholas & Company, Alliant, and Sysco that used this space and the seating area for the complimentary breakfast. It was intimate and well attended. Newly hired in October 2008 to aid planners with conferences, banquets, festivals, concerts, meetings, golf retreats and product launches in Moab Utah.
