Knowledgeable, friendly and went out of their way to get the item to repair my cell phone same day in less than an hour

Seriously first-class experience. Unfortunately, our dog chewed our iPhone 6 that we left on our coffee table. No, this wasn't the glass only (we have had this phone repaired before, and it was just the glass), the LCD was also cracked, making it completely unusable. The touch screen didn't work, the phone wasn't showing picture either.

Worried it wouldn't be able to be repaired, we head to the Apple Store to plan to get a new phone. While we were there, we asked for a second opinion, and due to its slight bent, the rep told us that it is indeed irreparable. They wanted $299 plus tax to repair it, but I wouldn't be able to save all my pictures. I politely declined it and decided to browse around the internet. Found this place, called them, and they told me to come in.

Upon their inspection, they were confident that the phone is fixable. I agreed on the price and authorized the repair (1/3 of what Apple asked). Literally 30 minutes later, my phone is back, my pictures are saved, and it looked just like how it was brand new. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you.
