        Overall

        We have a family heirloom wool rug that one of our dog's soiled on. Completely mortified that the rug was forever damaged, I wasn't expecting the best case scenario when it was returned to us. I was skeptical. I was instead, BLOWN away at the finished product. Our rug magically was perfect and we couldn't tell a thing had happened. A stain from years ago is also nowhere to be found.



        The service was phenomenal. They carried it out to my car at pickup. Pricey, maybe, but SO worth the money for the incredible service. Would highly recommend to anyone.
