Do NOT go here. I made the mistake of taking my computer here thinking it shouldn't be too bad I probably just need a power supply. The worker named Mo said that if I pay the diagnose fee of $45.00, then they would call me and let me know what was wrong with my computer, and if it was the power supply it shouldn't cost no more than $45.00 and if it was a cost of $40.00 for the power supply then the $40.00 would be deducted from the $45.00. So the total cost would only be about $45.00 plus about $20 for Labor. I said OK. Mohmd the owner called me and said the power supply was bad and that it would cost me about $65 for a new one or they could put in a used one. Well a used one didn't sound right so I said no I would like a new one put in for the $65.00. Today I went to pick up my computer and the bill was $104.00. I said how did you come up with this total. Mohmd said that it was $45. for the diagnoses and $65. for the power supply and the labor. I asked aren't you going to minus the $45.00 from the diagnose charge. He said no way. I said that his worker said that was how I was supposed to be charged. He said it does not matter what Mo said your dealing with me now. Then Mo stepped in and I said Isn't that what you told me the other day? Mohmd Said again It doesn't matter what Mo said. Are you trying to trick me. All of a sudden it got to weird. I gave him the money and then he would not give me a receipt.(I paid Cash). The only receipt your going to get id the one Mo gave you when you drooped it off. I said I want a completed receipt with the amount on it so I can take you to small claims court. Mo then got upset and said leave. I said I need a receipt. Mo then threatened me. He said he was going to take me outside and kick my (You know what) if I didn't leave. I did get my computer so i told my two boys lets go. Yes I had my two young children with me. All I have to say is Shame on them and DO NOT bring your computers there.
