So the good first, they did come out and fix it, eventually. It lasted about a week! The bad, it took over two months to get to this point. In the end we’re out over $600 in parts, many weeks living out of coolers, and still a refrigerator that isn’t fixed. Took over SIX visits!
We’re having to just buy a new refrigerator. Come to find out they’re only in our area one day a week (Roy). The manager was really hard to get a hold of - took arguing with the operator to finally get a call back. I read that there was possibly a change in mgmt earlier & this is what it is now. We’ve used them before with no problems. We’re done with them. Too little, too late, & still a broken appliance!#Not An Expert#Not Prompt#Bad Service
