Overall

A few months back I got smashed into at 45 MPH while stopped at a red traffic light. I had whiplash and was not in the best of "pain free" conditions. Fortunately, my car was in worse physical shape than I was. Totaled.



Unfortunately, I had no car. I searched on Craigslist, on forums and discussion boards, all to no avail, for a car that was used, reliable, and actually worth the asking price. PLUS, wouldn't require any extra repairs to drive it and feel safe when doing so.



I found nothing, so I went to dealership after dealership. Either my co-signer wasn't good enough for the finance companies, or the dealership or finance companies they went through couldn't even come close to matching what I wanted my monthly payment to be.



I thought there was no hope.



Then, at the advice of two family members, I went and talked to Rich Jacklin at Feeney Chrysler in Midland, and to say that I am both happy and impressed, would be accurate. In fact, I am completely satisfied.



Not only did he find me a car that was safe, needed no major repairs (all I did was had to add two new tires to it, but they were very inexpensive), and met EXACTLY what I wanted my monthly payment to be, it was $5,000 more valuable than what other dealerships were offering me at a monthly payment more than $150 higher than what I had originally requested, PLUS, they were asking for more than double the down payment that Feeney was asking.

DO NOT GO TO FEENY

I have a 2002 pt cruiser my starter went bad in feb of 2009. We towed my car to feeny to replace the starter in feb. On 8-28-09 my car would not start so we called a tow truck. The driver came hit the starter a few times and it started. So we drove it to feeny told them what happened they were VERY rude and said they take a look at it. Next day called us and said everything is ok the starter is fine and they replaced all the cords. Oh yeah we also paid to get an oil change. Then on 9-9-09 same thing happened I came outside to start my car and all I heard was a click. we had the car towed to feeny and this time they said it was a faulty starter ( we just replaced the starter in feb). Ok fine they didn’t charge for the new starter but I still had to tow it myself. On 9-15-09 same thing happened they replaced the starter, we had to tow it. Now 10-12-09 got out of work went to start my car sure enough it would not start. Finally they decided to pay for the tow but this time my battery wires were rusted but all my lights and radio started but there wasn’t enough power to start the car. So we paid to have the wires replaced for my battery . we picked up my car on Thursday and today, Friday, I went outside to start my car and it will not start!!!!! My car is doing the same clicking noise that it has been doing since august!!! We called the dealership and they were complete jerks. They told us we have to tow it and if it is the starter they pay for the tow! If not we have to pay for it, because they were so nice because they paid for the tow on 10-12-09 and it wasn’t the starter! We told them about us missing work and class due to not having a car. I used all of my AAA tows for the same problem within 2 months. We have waisted so much money and time with feeny!!!!! DO NOT GO TO FEENEY!!!!!
