        The fantastically cozy and spacious floor plan, abundance of trees and native wildlife, management/maintenance staff (comprised of amazing human beings), and proximity to the Indiana Dunes National & State Parks, Michigan City beaches, and local antique shops/restaurants have kept Margaret (my cat) and I happy tenants for over two years. We’ve nothing but good things to say about these apartments and would recommend them to anyone in the area. It is a fantastic place to call home

        Coolspring Estates is a safe,friendly place to live. The management,maintance, & housekeeping go above and beyond trying to assist the residents. I have had excellent neighbors Mchigan City police do make sure the complex is safe. The kids play outside and we all keep an eye out for each other. I had some financial hardships this past fall and i could of been kicked out but NO the management worked with me & my family. I would highly recommend Coolspring Estates if you are in the market for an apartment.

        Evidently you do not really know our manager. She is very protective over us all and on the ball for every issue there is.Her and her staff take care of everything. Im really sorry that the people who wrote these reviews went to a different apt complex and definitely not the one we all live at.
