Reglo Paint & Body Shop

Had my car 6 months and didn’t finish it constantly lied and made threats to get paid then never finished the car.

HORRIBLE!!! They had our car for 6 months didn’t finish it... we had to tow it home to tow to another shop because it’s still unsafe to drive. They Messed up 2 new wheels we paid for because they didn’t check them, admitted it was their fault, and still refuse to pay for them.
Horrible welds and Mis-matched windshield squirters, are just a few of the other issues.

Please save yourself the headache!

I was promised original parts and getting back my car in two weeks, which did not happen. They also promised original parts but put after market parts and the front bumper did not align properly. They lie to you and try to get as much money as they can from the insurance company. Customer service is terrible, they say will call you back but never do, so you have to keep calling until you are able to get answers. One the ladies that answer the phone was very rude and she hang up the phone on me on one of my calls, she started yelling at me like crazy when I complained about their customer service. A very bad experience with these people.

I was involved in a hit and run. When I started looking around for a place to have my car fixed, I came across many of the places were to over priced and they were not very polite. But then I found Reglo auto collision I went in and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was told that someone will come to my house to do the estimate. Later on that day Carlos came to my house and informed me that he was there to do the estimate on my accident. He was so polite and explained everything that needed to be done,what parts I needed he was so great and professional that at point I knew that I was going to have them fix my car. The next day they picked up my car and had me come down to sign the papers to start fixing my car. 2 weeks later I received a call that my car was done. The experience in Reglo was incredible I hope you don't get into an accident but if you do this is the place to go and get it fixed.

Omg Omg Omg, don't do it to yourself. Reglo Auto body collision is a total insurance scammer they will tell you that you car will be ready in a week or Two Lies don't trust it. They will hang on to your vehicle in Lou of trying to get more money from your insurance. Your car will be worse when it leaves their Bodyshop. The girles are all rude. Once they get your car and insurance money they will not focus on you any more and they will avoid you and even try to find reasons not to give you your vehicle yes it's a REAL SCAM.... BE AWARE DONT DO IT.

Horrible shop, insurance paid for OEM parts and for certain parts to be fixed. The manager at Reglo stated that they were not "aware" this happened. My 2015 Toyota is all after market parts and the body panels don't align properly.

I was involved in an awful accident and a friend which I thank for so much recommended me Reglo Paint & Body Shop. Taking my car to Reglo's was the best decision ever. My car looks like new. I would have never thought that it was going to look better and shinier than before. Thank you Reglo for making my car glow again!!!
