Auto Glass Repair In Miami CAG

I called this company on New Years looking for quotes. They seemed to be slightly professional to say the least. However, when it came to setting an appointment this is where the company fell. I waited the allotted time that was given in order to see a specialist and never recorded a call. I called the company and spoke with Damian and he mentioned that he didnt know anything of what was going on and would call the guy that was suppose to report to me. He mentioned that he would call me back within ten minutes. Then an hour passed and still no call I called back and he said sorry he will call the specialist now to see where he was and that he would put me on hold, when he returned he said that he couldn't reach the specialist and would call me back. It's been 4 hours and still no return of a phone call, this business is a joke just as its management. I would never recommend this company to anyone not even my worse enemy.
