Samson Towing

Sampson towed my car, UGH! One thing I was not happy with is the CASH ONLY. However, the shining star out of all this is Nicole. Very pleasant phone presence, in person an angel. Quick, efficient, and a great smile. Excellent customer service. Thank you Nicole for making a horrible experience quick and painless.

The woman who answers the phone was rude, and evidently has NO people skills. If a tow shop job makes someone that hateful... Go learn a skill. Now, she's not the only problem with this company. My granddaughter (16) hit a guard rail and landed in a ditch. Thank God, not injured, but needed a tow. Hobart police uses Samson Towing, which according to the rude phone woman, Samson pays a fee to. The tow charge was $420. Now my granddaughter's dad passed away when she was 3, so along with her mother, BOTH sets of grandparents are quite involved in her life. When I took my granddaughter to get the car removed from Samson's, her dads parents met us there to have triple A tow it home. A man there allowed her to drive it out of storage, and park it outside of the fence until triple A arrived. I was relieved that SOMEONE from this place was trying to be helpful... UNTIL he said he could not have 2 cars taking up space waiting for triple A. I brought my granddaughter in my car, and I'm almost 70... And her other grandparents, who are the members of triple A are about 78 yrs old, and this fool wants one of our cars out of there because we're in the way? I let the guy know that we 3 old people weren't crazy about waiting for triple A...and that I have not EVER seen such a rude company in my entire life. If I EVER need a tow in Hobart, and the Hobart police insist I use this disgusting company, I will fight it to the end.

The girl on the phone (Nicole) had a horrible and nasty attitude. I'm not sure exactly who she thinks she is considering she answers phones for a tow company, but she definitely needs to learn manners and phone skills. I will make sure we never do business with this company again. I'm sticking with STEVES TOWING-
