        Overall

        I have dealt with many Post Offices in a few States and this is the worst ever. I don't get my mail/packages. They seem to disappear. I had went to the Post Office several times and spoke with them about this, still the same things keep happening. It seems to me there is NO Communication between employees there and they don't take their jobs seriously. They have a very bad attitude towards the public. It's a shame. Because there are so many other people out there who could use a job like this and be better at it. I have been very dissatisfied with Post Office to say the least.

        customer service is horrible

        The Meriden post office has some of the WORST customer service!!! Workers are VERY rude and NOT helpful!!
