Bathroom Remodeling
An older house on the Bay on a fabulous lot on a point was in need of significant modernization and renovations to open the views from the most used rooms in the house - the large living room and kitchen. Plus, the kitchen & baths were showing their age, so they needed an update as well. A side fence is slated for later construction.

Each of the two units is approximately 1,225 square feet, and includes private entrances front & back and 1.23 acre lot. In 2005, David Mitchell built a “spec” home, that is to say he built it before having a buyer. The house sold early, during the framing process, and the buyers decided to add a 2-car garage and a wooden walkway from the rear porch area to the front of the home.

In 2005, we were engaged to take the backside off a home built originally in 1875 and enlarge the existing rooms all along most of the rear of the home. We also removed any deteriorated wood siding & trim from the front of the house and painted the entire house.

Lans for this exceptional home were titled, “Gingerbread Delight.” Completed, the home features over 4274 sq. ft. of heated space, garage/workshop areas, storage space, an unfinished “bonus room,” as well as 910 sq. feet of exterior porches.
