I'm giving it one star because I can't give them less. I dropped my dress off with 4 days until my event. I went to pick it up on the day promised and the dress was not there. I was told they knew it wasn't arriving on time. No call. Then after making a stink I was told I could go to their plant on North Street to get the dress. It was 6:55 pm. Apparently they closed at 7 pm. They sent me on a wild goose chase when they knew the store closed at 7. Ridiculous. I went back to the original location to beg them to help - at least get me the dress in the early morning. I had an event and needed the dress for it. Long story short it is now 11:13 am on the day AFTER the dress was promised and still no word and no sign of the dress. When you make a contract to provide a service you are responsible for your end of the contract. The "associate" suggested I take time off of work to come home and pick up the dress if it was that important. I can not explain my disappointment with this place. Do yourself a favor and as convenient as it is go somewhere else. If you live in the complex Sarni is now delivering and it is not much more for their service and they are reliable and friendly. Do yourself a favor and boycott this unfriendly rude establishment and go elsewhere.
