This company contacted ours regarding their GeoSites service. They guarantee that "at least 1 of your GeoSites will be visible on the 1st page of Google within 90 days or you will be refunded in full. No questions asked"

About 90 days after our account was created, I reached out to them to see how the account was doing. They we're unable to give me an answer surprisingly. Part of the documents we received when we signed up mentioned that we'd receive regular reports on the success of our Geosites. We never received a single one, until about the 120 day mark.

In the report, not a single one of the geosites was near the 1st page of Google.

Everything up to this point was still OK. Even though they were not able to deliver on their promise, I was still able to receive a full refund as per their guarantee...or so I thought

As soon as I requested that they refund their fees, the shady nature of this company began to show. They began ignoring phone calls and emails and thoroughly stopped communicating.

Within a couple of days, all the content they had created for our account (which was minimal) was removed from the internet. Still not a word from them.

It's been about two month since then. Hence the review.

I will not be doing anymore business with 411.info and will advise others to do the same.
