        Overall

        Started off ok picking us up in Mason taking us to Reds game at 4pm for 7:05pm game. However when I called to pick us up 30 mins before we needed them (granted 1 hr rain delay and some extra innings), they would NOT answer the phone and left us stranded on negotiated pick up. We had to beg another company to drive us home. If you want to be stranded, pick this company. Not reliable!!!!!!

At TAXI MAXX we welcome all types of feed back from our customers to ensure quality service. I understand your frustration in not being able to contact dispatch. For convenience , we have a policy in place to pick up prepaid customers outside of our business hours. (Please note hours of operations below.) We train our drivers to explain this policy, considering the possibility of things happening outside of anyones control. We strive to be quality and reliable transportation service even when plans change. I am not sure how the event played out but we will definitely look into the matter to make sure this sort of thing does not happen again.
