My wife just got scammed out of $775.00 by this company Agent Image. Rusty or Jennifer, can you explain why your company told my wife IDX would be free here in Virginia, when after your company received a payment from us of $775.00, then we had to find out differently that it is not free. Agent Image never even built our site since we e-mailed a few days later to cancel our web site design due to finding out everything that was told to us before we paid was not true! Free IDX was our main reason for using your company and that is what your high pressure sales rep told my wife. Three days later we ask for a refund, and your company refuses!! BUYER BEWARE! WE WERE LIED TO AND CHEATED OUT OF $775.00. Now we have had to contact the BBB and our credit card company. Agent Image is operating a very deceptive business practice. There is a lot of articles very similar to mine on this site and others sites.

P.S. It's never a good thing when you have to talk to a sales team first to only get sold on a certain service/product, then you realize later after you pay and get transferred to the web design team that everything you were told by your sales rep is NOT TRUE!!! Then they keep your money and refuse to refund you!
