6 months passed by, my old PBX system (windows base, 16 years old) works good after sam fixed it. I owned hotels and use this system 24 X 7 for the guess messages that each hotel has more than 400 rooms. Highly recommended

Mi computadora porttil de la bisagra se rompi y dejo caer en el cargo de Tanmax. Un da ms tarde me llam Sammy que el problema no era la bisagra, pero falta el tornillo. Wooow, Sammy realmente me sorprende diciendo que, lo que es un hombre honrado. Por supuesto que recomiendo a mis amigos, Gracias mucho.

I brought my laptop that it did not charge the battery even with new charger. So I gave cash deposit. a day later, Sen called to give the estimate to repair and I decided NOT to repair at the moment. I picked up the laptop and asked Sen to charge my credit card and return the cash so he did charge. I left his office and I pickup a phone call from Tanmax that Sen forgot to gave me the cash back. He is NOT only nice and polite but really respectfull gentleman. THANK YOU

I had my compaq laptop done 5 weeks ago. I thought sam installed windows 7 illegally, because it stated in my laptop. I also thought my laptop was either windows Vista or XP, but sam prrof it to me (in his office today) that the windows was installed from the manufactory was windows 7. So sam suggested to call Compaq why the product key did not work. Sam mentioned that he has been in business for 23 years, I beleive it, he an HONEST MAN. thank youuuuuuu

I called for several computers were unable to print in my office and my business must keep going. Sammy was called and he responded under 2 hour in to the office. The printer was dead, and he replaced with network printer, Wooow, it works good. THANK YOU veryyyyy muuucchhhhhh.

I Initially want to install the faster CPU, and Sam suggested to upgrade the motherboard, cpu & ram. He is kind enough to give me free new case and great video(I am a heavy gamer). After I received my new Quad core system, Wooow , NOW I am enjoying the smoothness NOT only the video but the speed of the games. Many, many many I meant MANY THANKS.

I dropped off dead laptop in January 2010 and SEN said it needs to be replaced the motherboard. a week later I got my laptop and I myself tested in his office. IT WORKS GOOD. Thank you

Well, Mr. Tanmax took 4 weeks to repair my dim screen (not bright on display), he said he replaced the inverter and repaired the board. Now 6 months later, it still works and GOOD (the display is nice and bright) no problem at all. THANKS.

Tanmax did not provide the service I requested in writing to fix my PC. They did fix the virus software. I even checked out my PC in the store to make sure it ran properly. However when I returned home to plug in my PC, the additional problems that I asked to be addressed were still there. I placed a call in and still have not received a call back. I was charged over $200. Be wary

in about ONE hour, it removed all spywares, hijackers and viruses. The DC connector on the laptop also has been replaced. HIGHLY RECOMMANDED
