        Paula, Jerry, Larry are kind and courteous. They truly care about the animals. The new brown headed guy at the counter is a smartass and rude. Jerry has taken great care of our animals for 30 years, but the mouth on this new guy is going to cause me to leave.

        The lady at the front desk is very rude and hung up on me for asking some questions. I would never recommend them!
