Kim's Nail Spa

I've gone to Kim herself for at least 12 years. She has always used the best of products. Her sister and Ryan do exceptional work as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I live a good 8 mules away.

If I could rate this place with a clear star I would! Don't go in unless you don't care what the finshied product turns out like! First and last time here! The guy I had didn't speak a lick of English! I tried telling him short nails he didn't understand I had to tell 2 diff coworkers and still didn't get what I wanted! They were better the 2nd time around but not what I wanted! Then I explained my toe nails grow curved on the sides and they are still bugging me! (Kinda like an ingrown toe nail) the stupid guy who did my nails kept asking me what #pkg I wanted I told him 2-3x the plus pkg and the paper states it was either a 25 or 30 minutes and 2 different scrubs and rough heals and calluses Removed and more. I was done 15-20 min after sitting down with crooked toe nails, calluses on my big toes still and half the check list not checked off!!!! I'm going to FL in 10 days and I guess I'll get to go with ugly feet! So MAD don't go here!!!!!!!!

Came in for pedicure, French. They do not sanitize their implements, they are placed in plastic container and don't use barbicide to soak them before or after use. They left dead skin on my toes and when I asked to remove it they said its extra. The polish selection is terrible, and the colors they do have are dried up. She used an Essie polish with my French that looked like tye-dye that's how uneven it was, I asked her to re do it, and if she thought it looked acceptable, she didn't respond. I asked for the owner and she told me to leave and not pay. Awful experience, dirty salon. State board needs to make an appearance.

I was not happy with the time spent on my pedicure. I got a mani/pedi in less than 45 min. and the tips of my nails are already starting to show after just a couple of days. The people there were very nice but not worth the money at all.

This place is great. The atmosphere is elegant. Prices are competitive. The Women there are very friendly. Especially Cathy. She is awesome. And Cathy's sister Tina is sooo fast. Just DON'T let Ryan touch your nails. He is the exception to this place. This guy will make you bleed. All in all I love this place.
