Cambridge Dentistry & Braces

Horrible! I have always went to a different dentist but my insurance changed so I went here (bad decision). I went from never getting any cavaties to getting 8. The Dr. was very shady and wouldn't tell me how many cavaties I had, I begged the dental hygienist to tell me how many. Also, the Dr. never even looked in my mouth! I didn't think that seemed right so I asked for my X-rays, which they gave me on a sheet of computer paper:/ Once the dentist knew I was questioning his shady ways, he kept calling me and wanted to set up a meeting, but I had better things to do then sitting with a jerk who lies and wants people's money! I took my x-rays to a trustworthy dentist and it turns out I have none! I will be contacting my insurance company, better business bureau and American Dental Association. He is committing insurance fraud. It is so sad he will scam and lie to family's about wrong dental work just to get there money. Only if you want to be lied to/ get unnecessary dental work, DONT GO

Similar story to the patient below. He diagnosed 8 cavities in my child. ( 0 cavities previously) Sought second opinion. NONE found! One year later my child remains cavity free.
I shudder when I think of how he was going to perform unnecessary work on a child with healthy teeth.

Everyone here at Cambridge dental - the receptionists, hygenist, assistants, and doctor are awesome. They are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Macomb/Washington area.

Cannot understand why anyone would think anyone here is rude. these are the best people the best dentist and the attention to detail is bar none. Dr. Joe really cares about his patients. My whole neighborhood sees him for a reason! He is THAT GOOD!

I love my new dentist, Dr. Joe. The staff is wonderful!!!! The Front Desk women ( Nicole and Nancy) are always smiling and made sure I was taken care of from the minute I walked in until I left. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Went to see this dentist for the first time. My son went from no cavities at all to 9! So, we decided to seek for a second opinion before I will let Dr. J. Ruggirello drills his teeth. I asked this office if I can have my x-rays so I can show it to the new dentist. This woman named Nancy would give me a copy but she will have to charge me. I told her I can't afford to pay for a copy I would appreciate if she will just give me the original. I mean the insurance company paid for it anyway and this lady started yelling at me. Telling me it's by law such and such that they have to keep them. When I talked to my new dentist they told me it's common courtesy to give you a copy free of charge esp. if you can't afford it. This Nancy hangs up on me three times when I told her I am not going back. What a classy lady huh...unprofessional and very rude!!!
