I had my auto repair and freinds and family here for 10 years and the service has been great.

Well, in my experience over the last month of dealing with H&H auto repair I had dropped my car off three times to get a check engine light problem fixed. I had it diagnosed before I purchased the car by a different mechanic and found out what the problem was. So upon purchasing the car I was told to take it to H&H for repairs and the first time i dropped it off to them they kept my car for 7 hours and had not done a thing to my vehicle. The second time, it was the same incedent and the third time they said they had driven it around all day trying to get the check engine light to come on (which anybody who knows anything about cars will tell once the light comes on it does not matter if it goes back off, the problem is programmed into the engines computer system) and they were telling me they needed to have that light on to get the codes for the engine problem. All in all I took the car to a place not too far from them and they got it in right away, diagnosed it, and low and behold, oh my god, wouldn't you know, they got the codes from the testing machines right away, are ordering the part and i'll have my car back by weeks end. So take your car to H&H only if you want to be filled with a bunch of lies and deceit. I would not trust them with my car or anybody elses because with my experience with H&H and having to deal with them taking my car three times in a month and giving me the runaround without fixing the problem, I CAN HONESTLY SAY THE GUYS ARE A FRICKEN JOKE!!!!!
