Bill Hoge has been practicing law in Louisville for over four decades and focusing on Family Law for more than half of those years.A Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and former Chair of the Family Law Sections for both the Kentucky Bar Association and theLouisville Bar Association, Bill is a highly experienced trial attorney with training as a mediator, arbitrator and collaborative law professional. Bill's partner, Forrest Kuhn, has been practicing for several years but can offer our clients the added benefit of his numerous years of his nine years as a mental health professional, child and family counselor and crisis stabilization counselor.  He is also an experienced Guardian Ad Litem (appointed by the Court to represent children's interests in disputed custody matters).
