Do NOT use Robin Troops. He cannot even be depended upon to return a basic phone call and has to be chased down to provide even the most basic level of service. Gives travel agents a bad name.

Robin Troop is the most helpful agent ever! Completely respectful and extremely nice! He works to get you the best deals and went above and beyond my expectations.

Have been dealing with an ongoing problem with the resort they booked and strongly recommended. Larry, the owner, was rude and very unhelpful. He mislead us from the beginning and then refused to admit that he could be wrong in what he told us. Would NOT recommend using this agent ever again!
