        I asked for ONE tooth to be removed. He's a sadist proceeding to remove four in total. He had to leverage himself upon my chest to remove them. Unless you have perfect teeth, he'll ruin what you do have. He destroyed my confidence and ruined my smile. Even my children cried. I'd like to pull his teeth, all of them
