Southgate Mini Storage

This place is very unprofessional. The manager was very rude when i contacted her about my unit. I called and tried to reach them on the weekend. No luck and was locked out of the unit 2 days after the grace period. The manager took no considertaion that it was the weekend and the fact i did try and call twice. She argued with me for 10 mins and stated basically since i had only had the unit for 1 month i was not important or helping them out really like a long term customer. She refused to give me a number for the owners which is who i actually rented the unit from. In order to get my things moved i will now have to pay a month ahead when i dont even need the unit due to this " property manager" lack of understanding and customer service. One word of advice " never argue with your customers" in the customer service world " The Customer is always right" when i told her this she said Well im sorry but i disagree... Run from this place.
