Manning's Paint & Body Shop

Very pleasant to work with! Initially I contacted Manning's in October after reading reviews online after searching for a place to take my car for some body work. My car was stolen and beaten up some. The insurance company referred me to their company but their customer reviews were mediocre. When I called Manning's, the receptionist Lisa (I believe that's her name) was very kind and helpful. I love that she made it a point to state my name when talking to me so it felt like my concerns mattered, if that makes sense. She was great at relaying messages to Pat and communicating with me via phone/email. She even gave me a few recommendations for places that sell tires because I needed some new ones. With the amount of work my car needed, I feel like they finished it in a reasonable time and did everything we agreed on.

Fast forward to February 28, my car handle recently came off because it was missing some screws. I called Manning's to inquire about the body work done to my car and they were more than helpful again. Pat took a look at it and told me to stop in at my earliest convenience and they would fix it with no hassle. They did exactly that. I wasn't even there an hour. Pat has an awesome staff and everyone I encountered was pleasant to speak with. If I ever have an issue again, I would definitely go to them first. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

FYI, I don't usually write reviews but the service was that GOOD and stress free that I wanted to give them kudos by doing so.

Just picked up my third repair from Mannings. They have become the only shop I take any of our vehicles too if we have an accident. I've only worked with Joe, but he has always been so attentive to my questions and concerns. One time I brought my wife's Honda Pilot over for an estimate to touch up a scrape, I had touch up paint in the glove box and Joe touched it up right there on the spot, then buffed it out without charging me a dime. He offer that instead of the large full repair I was expecting out of concern for my own expense. That shows class, he could have wrote me an estimate for $1,500 and hoped for the work instead. All the guys in the shop do top quality work, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

The most unprofessional, redneck group of people I have dealt with. They are extremely condescending towards women and try to screw them over and overcharge them. Do not trust these people.

Worst experience I've had to add a body shop. They told me that my car should be done that day. They then called and said it would be the next day. At one. I showed up at 1:45 and waited over a half hour and still didn't get my vehicle. I missed an important appointment because of them.
