Image Auto Detail

I can't speak for the work of Image Auto detail because they would not honor my gift certificate my wife had purchased as a gift 11 months prior. But, their business practices are shady, non customer friendly. You have to let them know if you are going to use a gift certificate prior to making the appointment which is a big red flag. Last summer when I called to make my appt with my gift certificate they told me their next appt was two months out. This summer when I called and did not mention my gift certificate, I was offered an appt the next week. When I called to confirm my appt and mentioned my gift cerificate they said they would not honor it because their gift certificates expire in 6 months. Terrible business practices! They offered to give me a discount but I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
