She is compassionate, understanding, and interested in my life. She takes time to really listen and know me as more than just a patient. I never feel as of I'm "on the clock." Herein lies one possibly negative point. She always runs late. Expect to make a significant dent in that book you are reading (or writing!) or the sweater you are knitting.
