Dillard's

Well, I enjoy shopping at this location from time to time, it is closer to me than the St. Matthews Location, but I frequent the St. Matthews location, more often...But...NOT ANYMORE !!!!

I went to buy workout pants, Jeans, shorts, summer tops...etc...in the mood to use My American Express, and treat myself to a new summer wardrobe...But upon trying on Jeans upstairs, one of the Employees, was huffy and puffy, with me over having to put back, what did not fit, even after I carefully...and Helpfully folded the items, and hung them to assist her, with putting the items back....Who does that?? Anyway...I went to grab 3 pair of jeans I knew I liked....to try on a different size..and buy..most likely. The jeans were around 100.00, for 1 pair...and approx 70.00 for another pair...I picked out the size, and she asked me if I wanted them, I said yes..I just pulled them out..and with her huffy attitude..proceeded to fold them back up...and restack them...I laid the stuff I was going to try on...and walked out....I was really p o'd...especially since it was 104-106 degrees, and I wasted a long drive, and time to specifically go there for clothes. She treated me like I was a bother to her...I did see her tell another employee, that the sweater she wanted, would be almost free, after the sale and her discount, maybe that is why she works there..if that is what you would call it....anyway, I called corporate...they gave me another number to call...then another number...I called it, and someone was supposed to get right back with me....but the District mgr over the store....will not answer calls, after my 2 trys...rings and rings, and my call was not returned. Pathetic Rude Service, I do not spend my money, where it is not Valued...I'm done w/ Dillards.

They have a great selection and great sale prices.
