I requested that the office mail me the historical paperwork due to the complexity of my my medical history. None was received. I was not seen until an hour after my appointment, then blamed for being late and left for another patient. There was no apparent emergency. After 20 minutes of waiting in excruciating pain due to my back condition, I left. A nurse intercepted us at the elevator asking if we were leaving. I told her Dr. Bybee already had my undivided attention but decided to interrupt my first appointment with him in order to see another patient. Due to my chronic conditions, I am a professional patient of sorts and have NEVER had a doctor do what this did. 1/2 star if possible b/c the front staff were friendly and professional.
