These people are hardcore junkies! You people wouldnt let a meth,crack,or herein junkie take care of your kids don't let these morons do your dog they are tge worst. And tbey aint had water in a month so how are they washing your animals? Brittany Williams they didn't even wash your dog. WHAT GROOMER HAS NO WATER?! LIKE WTF! DONT USE TGIS SERVICE. AND THE ADDRESS IS NOT CORRECT!

took my dog in the other day and they did a great job. i walked in and did not have an appointment they took her and got her back later in the afternoon looking great as always.

i have a big dog that,s very hard to handle.they were cautious and professional.The dog was handled with

care.The shop is all open so u can see everything they were doing.

I have always been more than satisfied with the care my pets have received at Abra Cadabra. The owners have always been pleasant to me. They are straight forward, hard-working, down-to-earth people, and they know what they are doing. If you want to pay more just for "fluff," go somewhere else. If you want a good grooming job at a fair price, go to Abra Cadabra.

I gave this company a second chance. Unfortanately on two separate occasions they were rude to me. The primary reason I continued taking my dog there was because they took walk-ins. The was convenient with my work schedule. I also found them to be overpriced. The quality of the work was inconsistent as well. This last time my dog's head was completely neglected and she looked ridiculous. After my recent experience with they lack of customer service and poor quality grooming, I am changing to another shop. I would give them 1 1/2 stars.

I had hoped for better attention to detail. For those of us that love our pets as our children, this was a very disappointing experience. The razor was held too close in some areas, causing a botched job. I am sorry, but I choose to pay professionals to do a better job than I could do and I do not feel I received that service from this company. In addition, my dogs behind was completely overlooked.



I would also like to point out that I was told pricing ranged between $30-$38 depending on the size of the dog and its temperament. I have a small dog and he is the sweetest thing you will ever meet yet I was charged top dollar. Needless to say I will be driving the extra distance back to Groomingdales for quality service and lower cost.
