        Overall

        Don't answer phone most of the time. Close whenever they want to; even to meet with buyers. Owner is way too self-centered... His way or the highway.

        Do not represent true condition of their cars, even to those that drive long distance to see one. AKA, a typical used car lot of the lower kind.
