If you are looking for a Doctor that will only talk to you during appointments and is not interested in your well being otherwise, Dr Anderson and the team at Family Practise is perfect for you. I had been a patient with Dr Anderson for about 10 years and I guess was very lucky in not needing his help other than normal physical examinations. When I did need to talk to Dr Anderson and being admitted to Avista emergency room he was no where to be found. I had questions regarding my condition, called numerous times and even had my daughter during a normal exam plead with him to call cause of concerns, he refused. When talking to his crack office staff, I was informed that they doubt he would call back and if I wanted to talk to him I needed to make an appointment. TIME is MONEY was the concern over the well being of the patient.

Two days later I was rushed to the emergency room and had to undergo surgery for a condition that Dr Anderson just did not feel worth his time (again its that money thing).

Also if you want to sit in an office for over 1 hour for your appointment because they felt, like the airlines, to protect their earnings it is necessary to overbook at such a level to ensure long waits for the patient and then when the Emporer arrives, they give you the readers digest version of an examination to be able to get the next patient in and out. And again forget about a followup unless make an appointment. Remember in the scheme of things at this office and with this Dr your time and health is meaningless and you should feel gratefull that HE is taking the time to see you, even if you are paying for it. Would we all love to have that sitution in our businesses.
