        Overall

        I have shopped here for years. Recently a small bird has been in the store. I suggested ways it could be humanely captured and released outside, perhaps a ways from the store, so it would not return. Animal services or the Audubon could have helped. The staff decided to chase it around, and ultimately hired an exterminator who killed it. I am both sad and angry.
