There is no computer troubleshooter in L.A. as dope as Zen. I defy you to find someone else in town who will provide you with more bang for your buck. Say goodbye to the Apple Genius bar or the equivalent in the world of Windows--you will never need to consult with them again, once you've worked with Zen. Zen's technical prowess is incomparably vast, because he's constantly updating his skill set, researching new topics of inquiry, and experimenting with the latest configuration possibilities. Unlike other computer repair specialists I've engaged in the past, Zen is exceptionally personable, easygoing, polite, reliable, and organized. He is a marvel of good cheer, wit, and empathy--someone you can count on for both left brain and right brain inspiration. Throw just about any challenge at Zen and he will come through. My friend and I recently tasked him with the assignment of custom building a post-production computer for our Red Camera-based workflow business. Zen diagnosed our needs, listened to the explanation of our goals, anticipated all of the potential issues, and clarified our options.
