Rooter Connection

WARNING!! John White is dishonest and unethical. His technician, Luis, did not do the job I hired him to do which was to put a separate pressure regular on my house, and one on my sprinkler system. He put one regulator on for both, and then sent me a bill for over $900 even though my written quote was for $630. I continued to have sprinkler heads blown off in the garden because of the water pressure, but he refused to fix it or even take my calls. The additional cost was listed as 2 men for 2 1/2 hours, but my employee told me it was only Luis, and he was only there for 30 minutes. He also added the $85 for the initial call which states on the receipt will be included if I did the work with him. Since I was not home at the time of the work ( my employee was there ) and never agreed to any price above the quote, I paid the $630 in full. His immediately put the balance on my credit report as an unpaid balance, and two years later filed a small claims lawsuit against me even though I had to pay another plumber to redo his work. He served my employee thinking it was me, and lied on the court documents listing me as the person he served. He even made up a false name for my employee since he didn't know her full name. On the day of court, Rooter Connection had several other customers he was also suing that had similar stories to me, so that should pretty much tell you what kind of business owner Mr. White is.

John White's Rooter Connection has always done a great job for me! I have been using them for several years. John is the only one I trust in this buisness. Hes always honest, ontime and gets the job done. Id never use anyone else.
