I purchased a phone from Metro for my daughter we went to go get a galaxy 3 but they didn't have any so the representative at Metro told us they had a new phone that had just come out called the Blue so my daughter was excited to be the for first to get one second day having the phone home it messed up shes wasnt able to use the phone we took it back up to Metro they took the sim out and put it back in and said it was fixed we did this 5 times so we decided to go to another Metro they knew nothing about the phone I went to the CORPORATE Office they knew nothing about it so I went back up to the metro store were I bought it from they had it to were if you turn the phone on it would say T Mobile so I did some investigation work come to find out this is not a T mobile product either I was told the phone was only a 2g and it only had 2 pics plus it was a phone that they could buy off line and sell to people the over of this phone has No CORPORATE office out here you can't get in touch with anyone its a off brand and the owner at metro was no assistance at all when my daughter walks down the street theres no internet connection at all the owner reasoning for this was oh you dont get internet every were like in the mountains I said to him were not in the mountains he had No solution for me so I would advice everone not to let them trick you about this new blue phone
