Worst and most unprofessional place ever. I would highly warn you against going to this place. Although I did not get any service done there, the business is being operated by several incompetent folks. Their technician cancelled on me twice, the day before I was flying out of the country and they did not have any backup technicians. To add the cherry on top they refused to issue me a refund after several calls and text messages and asked me to get in touch with my credit card company and the lady threatened to sue me if I wrote a negative review.

I purchased six sessions at a Groupon price, three of them through Groupon and three of them in the office. The first session I went to I arrived 10 minutes early because I assumed there would be paperwork. I was sat on a couch and ignored for 10 minutes, handed the paperwork at my appt time, and then waited another 20 minutes for two people to finish whose appts were after mine but were shown in before me. Once I did get in, the technician was extremely pleasant, talked me through the process and took the time to hear what I was looking for out of the experience. I was not so lucky with the technician on the 2nd appt. I don't know her name because she never introduced herself. She asked me how I was but I know she did not hear the answer because she launched straight into, "So what's going on with your face?" That was embarrassing and offensive. She did not listen to me when I said the last tech had started higher up on my abdomen, and she missed a spot in the section that she did do because she only spent about 30 seconds on the session total. The entire time was trying to sell me more sessions through humiliation about how I look. I have years of sales experience and I can tell you that that is never the way to get good numbers. When I went back out to the receptionist she was very pleasant and had a much better sales technique, but the tech followed me out and decided to tell the receptionist about the delicious waffles she had for breakfast literally in the middle of my sentence. I have 4 sessions left and at this point I dread the thought of going back, and do not even want to fight for my money back because I would pay to never be put through that again. This was supposed to be a treat for myself and it turned into wasted money and humiliation.
