An Integ rep. contacted me on 6/18/14 via a phone promotion. I ok'd them to come out to my home on 6/20/14 to go over the products. However on 6/19/14 I got an alert that they made an inquiry on my credit bureau (Transunion). At no time during the conversation did they ask me for permission to do so. I never provided them with any personal information to proceed with. I contacted them on 6/19/14 and made them aware that I have credit monitoring and they were not authorized to pull my credit. I spoke with Ron in Cust Serv who stated I was supposed to be made aware of this during the initial call because this is a credit base promotion. I was in shock all I did was set up an appointment to see a product. He stated all they need is my name and address to pull my bureau. This is unacceptable. He said he would send out a letter to me and the Transunion asking them to remove the inquiry. This should never happen period and is against the law!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not be coming to my home to present anything now or ever!!!!!!!!!

I had a terrific experience in using them for my home monitoring system. These guys were extremely professional. Ron at the main office was really helpful in answering our questions and the guys that came out to install were prompt and efficient. I also felt that their rates were reasonable compared to the other guys I spoke to.
