Caron Realty Inc. & Management

Absolutely terrible. After the heavy snowstorm at the end of March, our roof began to leak terribly. Caron management claimed that they would take care of the damages. We have been waiting almost 3 weeks now, and still have a 5' by 5' home in the ceiling of our master bedroom. No power, due to electrical damages, and exposed black mold. My wife is pregnant, and due in two weeks. We were told by our doctor that we cannot expose a newborn child with an underdeveloped immune system into am environment with an abundance of exposed black mold. This is definitely a pressing concern, which needs to be addressed immediately. When we presented this to Caron, their response was completely apathetic. They told us to wait in line for the other units that have sustained damage--5 months ago!

Caron Realty is the best HOA management company out there. My HOA has used the bigger companies & they were awful! With Caron you get personal, prompt & courteous service. They are knowledgeable in the industry and they have helped our HOA in so many ways. I was on the Board of Directors for my community and involved in the process of hiring a new company when we found Caron Realty & were so excited that we finally found a company that really cared. If you want an excellent company, you have to hire them.
