        Overall

        Horrible business owner. Doesn't know anything about DVR's, when it comes to job itself. Has no clue how to do port forwarding. Sold me some messed up DVR that had a bad system board to begin with. Then promised to replace the DVR with a new one but stopped answering phone calls. Basically I donated about $200 to this guy.

        STAY AWAY FROM HIM. Just buy your stuff on eBay, cuz that's where he gets it from.
