The Blitz Wings & Fish

I ordered wings and received dark nasty tiny wings that taste like dirty oil that hasn't been changed. drink was so flat it was disgusting. I called to speak with Management to let them know my issue and I was told well, talk to the cook and the cook said well the manager doesn't come in until tomorrow. I would like to know what do you plan on doing to correct this issue? I will be disputing the charges for this nasty food. I will never order from this restaurant again, as a matter of fact they need to be shut down and food services should be called on them for serving such food.
