Publix Super Market at Centre at Panola

This location has a drive thru. for grocery pickup, but it is always blocked by the ATM customers using it as a parking place. This need to be corrected, or I must find another shopping location.

Publix Centre at Panola has the best cuts of meat, and the freshest of everything, from flowers to produce, to dairy, to seafood, to canned or frozen . I have never purchased anything that is stale or wilted in that store. I cannot say that they have the most economical prices, but for your money, you know you are paying for the best product. For me, that is important because I don't have time to carry items back for exchange or refund.

I am the person who wrote the review back in July about the Gift Card Situation from the Publix at Panola Rd. I didn't know it was still posted, but I must SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT. The STORE MANAGER contacted me the next week, and ABSOLUTELY MADE EVERYTHING PERFECT. He was extremely apologetic, and cooperative about the whole situation, and assured me that he WOULD CERTAINLY MAKE THINGS ALRIGHT, AND HE CERTAINLY DID. YEAH, they have been back on my shopping list for myself, friends and employer for months, and will continue to be. THANK YOU SO MUCH PUBLIX ON PANOLA. Hats off to the store manager and employees.

Do not buy any gift cards from Publix if you are uncertain whether or not the recipient will like it, because it cannot be returned or exchanged for another gift card. Which is completely ridiculous. Target and other major retailers just issue a credit or refund, but not Publix. If they can't process refunds and credits with gift cards like most other businesses, then maybe they shouldn't offer this service as a SO CALLED convenience for other companies and their customers. Which I will no longer be after this experience.
