Worst experience and very unprofessional staff. These people don't care long as you pay every month and then they still call and say you haven't paid each month. Currently, have wires sticking me and missed my appointment due to a car accident. Called and spoke to office manager she stated in a very carefree attitude that there is nothing available until July. My braces are scheduled to come off in June you would keep a patient in braces for an additional 2 months. Did even try to be compassionate and find a sooner Appointment. Don't go here if you're looking for friendly and kind service. Paid off my braces now I have to find another office to see me to remove the braces and continue treatment. I have referred over 5 patients to the office and the treatment I have received now is unbelievable. Staff is horrible so is the current office manager.

I really regret choosing this location for my braces. It has been nothing but a headache from the very beginning. First their advertisement of no money down, no down payment is misleading. I had to pay $299 to start my treatment. There have been billing discrepancies where my beginning total & my balance have not added up & the billing department being unable to explain why? I have had to have my account credited twice & I have only been with them for 4 months. They brag about their easy online payments, but fail to tell you that they have to set it up in-house first or the system will not accept your payment. I had to find out the hard way after being charged a $25 late fee because my payment was received after the 5th of the month, which was also not explained in the beginning. I had also tried to call in the payment, (for which you are also charged a fee), but the office was closed. This was during the middle of the week & it wasn't even a holiday. So after all of that I said I would just make my payment when I go for my appointment, which was the following Monday. Huh, when I got home Friday evening I had received a letter in the mail stating that my appointment had been cancelled due to non-payment! Really? Why not at least give the patient a chance to pay before being seen before cancelling their appointment? Which are very scarce & inconvenient. They almost have this take it or leave it attitude when it comes to scheduling one. I had to wait a whole month to be seen. They have also given me the run-around with my insurance, stating they were having problems billing my insurance. Funny because my general dentist has never had any issues. I've never had to get involved with the billing of my insurance with them (my general dentist). Once I contacted my insurance, they stated that they never received anything from Orthodontic Care of Georgia. Also the dentist, Dr.Freedman, isn't any better, he was very rough with me & unapologetic about it which I found to be rude! He's also not thorough at all, he's in & out very quickly. Oh & did I mention how hard it is to reach someone on the phone for any reason as they leave you on hold FOREVER! The only reason I chose this place is because of their low monthly payments & I had only found 1 negative review, but boy do I regret it! I am seriously considering coughing up the extra money to have my records transferred to a different Orthodontist altogether. I just don't think I can deal with them for another 2 years! I hope this review helps someone to make a better choice than I did.
