Nalley Kia

I've been driving Kia cars for 3 years now and I never been so disrespected and publicly humiliated at any other Kia dealership I've visited. From the manager on down to sales associates have poor mannerism, very disrespectful, rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional plus have no regard or filter in front of customers. They talk about their customers on the sales floor during operating business hours while customers are present. Lack of time management when Nalley KIA’s clients are on a time frame. Uneducated when it comes to customer care to all customers. Also disengaged when it comes to their customer needs, they don't pay attention to details. The manager team is just as bad. No one’s has no accountability for their mistakes or error that has occurred. Sales associates are very comfortable with being disrespectful to guest and withholding very important information from Nalley KIA repeat customers about the cars at the time of purchase. I wouldn't never refer my co-workers, family, or clients there ever again. So they want be taking Advantage of when they're spending their hard-earned money. All for a greedy sales associate to make a sale and make Commission! My experience at Nalley KIA 7849 Mall pkwy, Lithonia Ga 30038 was a nightmare. They made my Trade in experience very regrettable! I wish I never picked up my phone when they called.
